Your organization and your data
When an organization uses OrbitaHR to manage workforce information, that organization generally determines why and how the information is used. OrbitaHR processes workspace data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Making a data rights request
Depending on the circumstances, GDPR rights can include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. If your information is part of an employer’s workspace, contact your employer or workspace administrator first. For information held by OrbitaHR about your direct relationship with us, email privacy@orbitahr.app.
How requests are handled
We may need enough information to verify and route a request. We coordinate with the relevant organization when a request concerns data it controls. The applicable law and specific circumstances determine the response and timing.
